We would have found the application very difficult to complete without her help, and cannot praise her highly enough.

Taking the decision to apply for a VISA can often be prompted by external events, which can make a busy life even busier. Often there is a target date to work to, which adds to the pressure along with the desire to get the application in as quickly as possible and to get it right first time – not always easy when many of the questions appear ambiguous. Such was the case for myself early in 2011, when I felt totally overwhelmed by the amount paperwork involved and felt the need for someone who I could call on for advice at every turn.
 
I conducted an internet search and alighted on the ‘MARA’ website, where I found one ‘Kristy Duncan’ and Migration Angels. Email contact was quickly followed up by a face to face meeting, where I met a well presented woman, who put me at my ease, with her professional and disciplined attitude – and by presenting her MARA licence.
