Onshore Partner Visa Assessment
The onshore partner visa is a two stage visa application for couples in a de facto or married relationship. You must be in Australia at the time this visa application is lodged and your sponsor must be an Australia citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
Prospective Marriage Visa Assessment
A prospective marriage visa will allow the partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand citizen to enter Australia on a 9 month visa. At the time of application, you must provide evidence that you and your partner plan to get married.
Skilled Visa Assessments
Skilled Independent Visa Assessment
The skilled independent visa is a permanent work visa aimed at skilled workers with skills in demand in Australia. Eligibility will depend on your qualifications, English language ability and previous work experience. You must also pass the 65 points test.
Skilled Sponsored Visa Assessment
The skilled sponsored visa is similar to the skilled independent visa, however you must find sponsorship to apply. Sponsorship can be obtained from an eligible relative, or you may obtain nomination from a participating State or Territory.
Skilled Regional Sponsored Visa Assessment
This is a temporary visa for skilled workers who do not meet the requirements for a skilled independent visa. If you have lived in regional Australia for 2 years and have worked in the same area for 12 months, you may be given the opportunity to apply for a permanent visa.
Skilled Regional Migration Scheme Assessment
The Skilled Regional Migration Scheme allows employers in a regional or low population growth area of Australia to sponsor skilled workers to fill vacancies within their company. The vacancy must however be approved by the Department of Immigration beforehand.
Family Visa Assessments

Parent Visa Assessment
If you are an eligble Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand citizen, you may sponsor your parent(s) to join you in Australia. This is a permanent residence visa will grant the visa holder the same entitlements as any other permanent resident of Australia.
Contributory Parent Visa Assessment
Requirements for the contributory parent visa are the same as the parent visa, however there is a significant fee which applies. The waiting time for the visa approval will however be dramatically decreased. The applicable fee equates to approximately $40,000 per applicant.
Contributory Aged Parent Visa Assessment
To apply for the contributory aged parent visa you must be sponsored by an eligible sponsor in Australia. In addition to significant fee involved with this visa, your sponsor may be requested to provide and Assurance of Support as well as a Financial Bond.
Aged Parent Visa Assessment

Tourist Visa Assessments
Working Holiday Visa Assessment

eVisitor Visa Assessment
The eVisitor visa is available to eligible passport holders who would like to visit Australia for tourist or business purposes, such as attending conferences or engaging in negotiations. This visa is valid for 12 months and will allow you to stay in Australia for up to 3 months.

A tourist visa is applicable to all passport holders who wish to visit family and friends in Australia or who wish to visit Australia for tourist or recreational purposes. If you are already in Australia and wish to extend your stay, this is the correct visa to apply for.
Tourist ETA Visa Assessment
Passport holders of eligible countries can apply for this tourist visa. At the time you apply for this visa you must be located outside Australia. Each ETA visa is valid for a period of 12 months and will allow you to stay in Australia for up to 3 months.
